{"id":6224,"date":"2025-05-05T11:50:56","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T09:50:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anpil.org\/progetti-estero\/haiti-sanitary-system\/"},"modified":"2025-05-05T11:50:56","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T09:50:56","slug":"haiti-sanitary-system","status":"publish","type":"progetti-estero","link":"https:\/\/anpil.org\/en\/progetti-estero\/haiti-sanitary-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Haiti \u2013 Sanitary System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to the funding received from the Waldensian Evangelical Church (Union of Methodist and Waldensian Churches), work will be carried out at the Tendron mission to <strong>create a new sanitary system.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>The Context<\/h2>\n<p>Currently, the primary school in Tendron does not have a sanitary system adequate for the needs of the children and the protection of their health.<br \/>\nWithin the entire mission, there is not even a point for the distribution of drinking water for the 239 children.<br \/>\nThe only existing structure, located within the courtyard, is completely dilapidated and degraded.<br \/>\n<strong>There is no running water system<\/strong> to facilitate drainage and cleaning of the premises.<br \/>\nThe walls are full of cracks and leaks, and the wooden doors provide no security or privacy.
