The family, whether biological or adoptive, has always been a place of affection but also of conflict, as children’s needs often clash with the parental role. Rules of living are frequently viewed by children as restrictions rather than growth processes fostered through open and calm dialogue.
Your family is the first step toward a fresh start.
The breakdown of family ties (separation, divorce, etc.), as well as communication issues between parents and children, require careful evaluation of how to reestablish the presence of adults in their parental, educational, and relational roles.
ANPIL offers a space for reflection and dialogue to discover and build new resources that can make the family atmosphere more welcoming for all members. Professional staff are available for discussions, advice, and addressing relational issues that may arise between parents and children.
The group is aimed at:
- Parents seeking to address relational issues with their children
- Couples considering adoption
- Couples who have already adopted
- Couples who were not initially approved for adoption by the Juvenile Court
Telephone Consultation
The ANPIL association has activated a telephone consultation service aimed at parents and adolescent children, with the objective of supporting them during difficult moments and collaboratively developing behavioral guidelines to reactivate relationships within the family unit.
